Walter was on the Board of HKCF from 1998-2007 and served as President from 2004-2005. He rejoined the Board in 2010. He is also a Board Member for Don Bosco Center and a past Board member of Old Northeast, Neighborhood Housing Service, and the Northeast Kansas City Chamber. Walter has been a resident of Central Hyde Park since 1998 and is a 5 Star Realtor for Prudential.
