This year Historic Kansas City is thrilled to welcome special guest Bernice Radle as keynote speaker.  Bernice is the owner of Buffalove Development, host of American Rehab: Buffalo on HGTV and DIY Network and Regional Director for City Dining Cards. Her keynote speech is titled Preservation 2.0: Combating the Vacancy Vortex. She will also host a happy hour talk called Home Rehab Reality TV: Fact vs Fiction about her experience filming the show. She will also moderate a speed Q and A with the Experts taking inquiries from the audience about their home rehab needs.
