Since 1950, the Heavy Constructors Association of the Greater Kansas City Area has been the advocate for public works in both Kansas and Missouri. The HCA remains committed to delivering needed improvements to Kansas City’s highways, roads, bridges, airports, rivers, sanitary water and storm water systems.
