Keynote Speaker:  10:00 am –  Tamara Day & Ward Schraeder.  Kansas City Native Tamara Day, owner of Growing Days and the star of Bargain Mansions on the DIY Network, is a purveyor of glamorous and cozy.  Tamara and her crew restore neglected large homes that others are too scared to take on – bringing big beauties back to life so that new owners can move in and love them again.

2pm-2:50pm: Historic Chimney & Fireplace Restoration/Ginger Rogers House Restoration.  Presenter: Marge Padgitt of Heathmasters Inc., – Find out what you need to know about historic chimney and fireplace restoration options including flue liner repair and replacement, smoke
chambers, fireplaces, and exterior masonry.

3pm-3:50pm: Window Restoration an EZ-3 Choice Presenter: Scott Bush of Old Time Window Repair and Restoration – Learn about historic window repair and sustainability.

4pm-4:50pm: In-Home Plaster Repair and Demonstration. Presenter: Plasterkraft and Mural Masters, LLC – The experts at Plasterkraft and Mural Masters take you step by step through
plaster repair in your home, why degradation happens, and what to do about it.
