Ashley Winchell, Board Member
Ashley Winchell is a planner for the City of Kansas City, Missouri. She is a fifth generation Kansas Citian who grew up in Kansas City’s Marlborough neighborhood. She studied urban planning at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and historic preservation at Tulane University. She joined the board in 2013.
